Description of Apartment: |
On the very edge of the tiny village of Fleix in the stunningly beautiful Vall de Laguart and overlooking the picturesque village of Campel, our villa has uninterrupted views of the mountains and valley sweeping down to the sea at Denia, just half an hours drive away.
You would be within easy reach of everything you need. We have one local bar in our village plus two more in Campel, ten minutes walk away. Two restaurants within walking distance and many more within ten minutes drive. Although there are no large supermarkets nearby there are plenty of independent shops where you can purchase everything you may require. The wine making centre of Jalon is only fifteen minutes away, so plenty of local vino is readily available. If you want something a little more lively the town of Orba, just ten minutes away, offers several bars and restaurants, some with live entertainment and the resorts of Denia and Javea are both within easy reach. But if you want wild nightlife this is probably not the place for you. Here you can relax and unwind, forget the worries of everyday life and soak up the sunshine, peace and tranquility.
Conveniently situated between Valencia and Alicante airports, both an easy one and a half hours drive. |

The lower floor of our villa houses a self-contained, two-bedroom apartment. Fully equipped for up to 4 people
(sorry, no young children)
2 Bedrooms each with twin beds and fitted wardrobes.
Shower room with toilet and wash basin.
Kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, fridge-freezer, microwave and toaster.
Large lounge/diner with dining table and chairs, lounge seating, television, video, cd player/radio and fireplace with log burner.
Central heating radiators in all rooms for the colder winter evenings.
Swimming pool and sun terraces.
Off-road parking.
