This warm and inviting holiday villa offers amazing views of the sea, the picturesque village of Salobrena and its Moorish castle. The villa also offers central hot and cold air conditioning as well as a private heated pool that can be enclosed for child safety. On the immense roof top terrace, there is a hot tub for 6 as well as a cosy, rustic style covered porch for those who want some shade. You´ll sleep like a baby (and the kids will as well!) after a nice soak in the hot tub contemplating the views and gazing at the stars. Built in April 2006, the villa incorporates the best of Spanish design on the exterior and the interior is a bit contemporary. It is the perfect mix between new and old Spain. The 10 meter long pool has a cascade that you can turn on and off at your whim. There is also wireless broadband internet access for those who need to keep in touch. There is a gas barbecue, sun loungers & a table with chairs for poolside dining. For those early risers, the sunrises are magnificent. It is no wonder our guests don´t want to leave! The villa is located in a very quiet area within an established residential community. It is perfect for those who want to unwind; yet beaches, restaurants & shops are only 5 minutes away. Bedrooms: 1 bedroom with king size bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed. One bedroom with 2 twin beds. A supplemental bed can be added to the twin bedroom if required. All of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Kitchen: Fully equipped, kitchen with a window that serves as a pass through to the barbeque area. All new, top quality electric appliances with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, tea kettle, coffee maker, juicer, washing machine, iron/board. Lounges & Dining Area: Spacious open plan lounge & dining area with phenomenal views. Dining room table seats 6. Entertainment: Satellite TV, DVD, portable radio, cassette and CD player, board games, books. Air & Heat: Central air-conditioning and heating throughout the villa. General: Linen and towels provided, including beach towels. Outside: Fantastic, private heated swimming pool with amazing views that is easily accessed and on the same level as the open plan kitchen, lounge & diner. Local area: The area enjoys a sub-tropical climate, with a temperature of 18 degrees Celsius in winter & 25 degrees in summer, allowing for year round enjoyment of the nearby golf course and the various beaches spread over 19 kilometres of coastline. Opportunities for walking, climbing, water sports, golf, horse riding, hang gliding and even skiing in the Sierra Nevada. Nearby mountain villages await to be discovered where it seems as if time has stopped. Granada, the Moorish capital with the breathtaking Alhambra Palace and relaxing thermal spas are only 45 minutes away, Malaga 1 hr, Nerja 30 minutes, Almunecar waterpark 15 minutes. You won´t be bored here, unless you just want to sit by the pool and take in the views! The owners live in the area and provide useful information on everything from sight seeing and entertainment options to restaurant and shopping tips. CHANGEOVER DAY: - Saturday through May and Monday from June onwards. BOOKING DETAILS: - Discounts of up to 25% available for long winter lets. Ask for details! - There is a 30% deposit when booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. - Payment is possible by bank transfer or Visa/Mastercard (2% surcharge). - Security/breakage deposit of €400 payable on arrival. - Pool heating is optional. Charge based on fuel consumed. - Electricity charged between November and April.
