Villa Mira Mar is a new, truly luxurious villa tucked away on a very quiet side street within a peaceful & established residential community. Uninterrupted views to the Mediterranean can be enjoyed from every single room. The sunrises & sunsets are picture perfect! The pool is child friendly as there are Roman steps and the pool can be easily closed off so parents can relax knowing their children can´t reach the pool area without them. The villa is perfect for 2 families sharing a vacation together as it can sleep up to 10 people comfortably & the 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are located on separate floors ensuring privacy. For those of you who need to stay in touch, there is wireless, broadband internet access. This coast is unlike the rest of the Spanish costas in that it is even more beautiful and it is truly unspoilt. The area isn´t touristy and for this reason, our guests really enjoy the area and they inevitably return. The villa is a 7 minute drive to the closest beach and 10 minutes to a good golf course. In the communal recreational area, which is less than a 5 minute walk away, there is a tennis court, football pitch, table tennis, a large pool, a small children´s pool and playground. Our guests have free access to these facilities.

Bathrooms: 3 in total. 1 downstairs with access from 2 areas that allows it to serve as en suite and cloak room. 2 upstairs, one of which is en suite and the other is shared between 2 bedrooms. Kitchen: Large, state of the art kitchen with a double fridge. Conveniently located next to large terrace and covered porch. Perfect for outdoor dining. Complete herb garden to help you in creating gourmet meals with the wonderful, fresh Mediterranean ingredients. All electric, top quality appliances with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, tea kettle, coffee maker, juicer, washing machine, iron/board. Lounges & Dining Area: Large open plan lounge plus dining area with direct connection to pool, outdoor terraces and covered porches. Dining room table seats 8 and the breakfast bar seats 3. The pool area looks as if it belongs to a 5 star hotel, not a private villa. The pool terrace is completely south facing, so for sun lovers there is plenty of space to soak in the rays. There is also a large terrace off of the lounge and dining area, part of which is covered. This villa is perfect for seamlessly combining indoor and outdoor living. There are balconies off of 3 of the bedrooms. 100 metres of level garden area. Guests have free access to the private, community recreation area that includes tennis court, football field, large pool, children´s pool, playground, table tennis and a kiosk selling drinks and refreshments in the summer. SURROUNDING AREA & ACTIVITIES: Salobrena, dazzling and white, in the heart of the Costa Tropical, situated on a hilltop overlooking the Mediterranean. It is one of the prettiest towns in southern Spain with its winding narrow streets and magnificent Moorish castle perched high on the hill. The scenery ranges from lush sugar cane, fruit plantations, rugged snow-capped mountains, coves and beaches, pine forests and almond groves. The area enjoys a sub-tropical climate, with a temperature of 18 degrees Celsius in winter & 25 degrees in summer, allowing for year round enjoyment of the nearby golf course and the various beaches spread over 19 kilometres of coastline. Opportunities for walking, climbing, water sports, golf, horse riding, hang gliding and even skiing in the Sierra Nevada. Nearby mountain villages await to be discovered where it seems as if time has stopped. Granada, the Moorish capital with the breathtaking Alhambra Palace and relaxing thermal spas are only 45 minutes away, Malaga 1 hr, Nerja 30 minutes, Almunecar waterpark 15 minutes. You won´t be bored here, unless you just want to sit by the pool and take in the views! The owners live in the area and provide useful information on everything from sight seeing and entertainment options to restaurant and shopping tips.
