Description of Villa: |
This lovely villa is in Los Altos with air con and is very tastefully but comfortabley furnished to a high standard and is well situated for quiet days sun bathing and also busy days exploring the surrounding area It has a fully equiped kitchen.The kitchen contains washer, full oven, fridgefreezer, microwave etc The lounge has mini hi fi system and satelite T.V with all the english speaking channels, so you can catch up on the "soaps"There are 2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other has twin beds The fully tiled bathroom has a 3 piece suit and shower.The villa has a glazed porch area to the front with patio furniture in. Open terrace gardens, and a very large private roof solairium which is fully tiled. There is patio furniture. a large sun umbrella and sun beds on the solairium for your own use There is a lovely pool less than 2 minutes walk away for the villa.There is a good supermarket 5 minutes walk away and the beaches are only 10 minutes by car.The beaches Playa Flamenca ,La Zenia (Blue Flag beach )Punta Prima and Campoamor are to name just 3 The area is also served by a bus service into Torrevieja as well as down to the beach .
Torrevieja is the nearest town and has lovely beaches shops and a good marina.this is the main town on the Costa Blanca. There are many cafe bars and good restaurants.It is not commercalised and has a good market on Fridays, and there is a craft market there most days.There are bars and restaurants all within easy walking distance of the villa. There is also a good market at Playa Flamenca on Saturdays, this is well worth a visit. But go early as it gets quite busy.Torrevieja is not a "package holiday" area.You would be met at the villa or airport by Sarah, who is english and shown where evrything is and how it works etc.
The area is well served with 2 airports you can fly into, Alicante which is approxemately 50 minutes away and Mercia which is aprroxemately 35 minutes away.There is a small management charge of €60 euros which covers cleaning and laundry services after you vacate the villa and a breakage deposit of £50 which is fully refundable at the end of your
holiday
If golf is your pleasure then there are 3 very good courses each within 10 minutes drive away, and will test the best golfers.they are Villa Martin Las Ramblas and Campoamor Villa Martin has a lovely Plaza with some superb retestaurants, one of which is Fairways.It is advisable to book as this gets very busy.If you want a day out then Benidorm is about 1hour 20 mins. drive away.and there is a theme park and fun fair at Santa Pola
