Only 5 minutes walk from the beach, this charming and beautifully restored apartment is located in the very heart of Barceloneta, overlooking a peaceful pedestrian street. It has 2 separate bedrooms – each with its own balcony where you can sit out and enjoy the Mediterranean sun-shine.
The bedrooms lead off from each side of a square salon / dining and kitchen area, fully equipped and beautifully furnished. The flat has been thoughtfully renovated to an original and unique style, showing the original wooden ceiling beams, wooden shutters and doors throughout the flat.
The flat is surrounded by restaurants, bars and shopping, with the main market on your doorstep where you will find all fresh food produce. This area is full of character and gives the feel of being in a small village in the heart of Barcelona. Only 15 minutes walk from La Rambla and 2 minutes from the main road of Paseo Joan Borbon where you can catch the metro or buses for those of you who prefer not to walk.
Barceloneta is also very close to the Ciutadella Park, no more than 3 minutes to the cultural and hip neighborhood of el Born (with the Picasso Museum, Santa Maria del Mar church and many trendy designer boutiques).
The prices detailed below are based on 2 adults sharing. There is also a compulsory cleaning charge of 50 euros for every stay. |
