Description of Apartment: |
Half an hour from Alicante airport the apartment is set in the private grounds of the LOS OLIVOS complex. The complex is gated and has a fantastic sized swimming pool surrounded by landscaped Lawns. . There is also a tennis court and a putting green for the more energetic. The area benefits from all day sun. There is also a further courtyard area at the rear of the complex from where you can watch the sun set over the Sierra Cortina Mountains. The area has ornate plants / statues and benches and is ideal if you want to relax in peace at the end of the day.
Beach, Bars and Restaurants within minutes walking. The complex is next to a Bus Stop and Taxi rank with links to Finestrat and Benidorm. The Apartment itself has been decorated to a very nice standard. You have cable TV and Music system. Not to mention DVD- Video airconditioning etc. Lovely Lounge area with 2 large comfortable soffas both of which will convert to fully sprung beds.A very nice dining area Internally and a lovely table and comfortable chairs on the larger terrace where you can wacth the sun go down.There is also a side Terrace overlooking the mountains and an area to dry any washing.Also alongside the complex you will find a Bank / Off licence / Numerous small bars / Icecream shop / Pizza restaurant and Chemist. These are outside the front gate of the complex there are Hundreds more to choose from in the Bay of Finestrat not to mention Benidorm 5 minutes way.
If you want busy then its within 5 minutes bus ride away if you want peace and quiet then you have a lovely bay a few minutes walk away.
A set 3 course meal in the bay with wine will cost you 9 Euros or £6
A snack will cost you as little as a £1 and a large Beer £1 or glass of wine £0.70p
The combination of all the above makes for a fantastic holiday.
