The beach stretches for 7 miles, around the entire bay of Alcudia, & is a safe, beautiful, white sandy Gold Medal winning beach, with clear warm sea – paradise! The Penthouse is just a 10 - 15 mins stroll from the cosmopolitan Marina and Port of Alcudia in one direction, & equally aprox 5 mins in the other direction from the vast array of restaurants, bars, giftshops, etc of the Bellvue mile with over 200 places to eat, drink, shop, and be entertained. A top quality Air Conditioning system is installed in the Penthouse, along with everything needed to make it a quality ‘home from home’ during your stay.
