Description of Villa:
Puerto de Mazarron (10 mins) is a small fishing port on Spains Costa Calida. This is a typically Spanish resort, with many Spanish having holiday homes here. The area is largely unspoilt and the mountains provide a beautiful backdrop to the pretty little port. There are several sandy blue flag beaches along the Mazarron coastline and a wide selection of restaurants in the town with more situated along the large promenade overlooking the Mediterranean. If it is golf you are looking for, Campasol course is only 5 minutes by car, with La Manga only 30 minutes away. Alternatively, if scuba diving is for you, there are dive centres around the Port, offering regular trips. There are a variety of walks in the region to suit all abilities or just relax in the local hot springs (10 mins by car). 30 minutes by car is Cartagena, a cosmopolitan yet historic city with beautiful architecture, large port, naval museum and shopping (El Corte Ingles, Zara, Mango etc). The historical city of Murcia is a short 30 minute drive, this fashionable city has great shopping (El Corte Ingles, Zara, Mango etc) and countless kerbside bars and restaurants and there are also plenty of historical sites to visit. Murcia was featured recently in The Sunday Times "Undiscovered Jewels Of Europe" series The area is easily accessed from Alicante (1 hour 15 mins), Murcia (45 mins) & Almeria (1 hour 30 mins) airports NO SMOKING PERMITTED IN THE VILLA. The villa is the largest style on the complex, is brand new and fully air conditioned, which in the winter months can be used as heating. Its excellent location on the site means its only a 2 minute stroll to the bar / restaraunt and communal pool.
