In the centre of the manicured gardens is a good sized swimming pool complete with children’s pool area, which is the perfect setting to spend your days in the sun or in the evenings watching the sun setting over Mount Montgo. The gardens and pool enjoy all day sunshine - within the gardens their are shaded areas under the trees to relax out of the heat of the mid-day sun although as the property is in an elevated location their is always a pleasant breeze. The property located approximately one and a half miles (2 km) from the beaches and the town of Denia were you can find a vast array of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. Their are supermarkets located within approximately 1km from the property which are well stocked and will accommodate for all yours needs. A short drive inland takes you through the Jalon valley and into the mountains with twisty roads and remote spanish villages to explore with places to visit like Guadalest and the waterfalls of Le font dalgar. Along the coast to the south you will find the many theme parks and aquaparks like Terra Mittica, Terra Natura, Aqualandia and Mundomar, etc, of Benidorm 25 minutes away. To the north is the cultural city of Valencia which is approximately 50 minute drive with its historic centre and fantastic Oceanographic park and Science museum.
