Description of Apartment: |
The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a Villa on the side of a mountain (not High up), overlooking Gandia to the sea. Views of the sea to Denia (25 kms away). Nicely situated with mountains forming a backdrop to the villa.
The apartment is fully equipped and the guests have the use of the private swimming pool. Gandias award winning beach is 5 minutes drive away. Valancias 2nd city Gandia is also only a 5 minute or 6 euro taxi ride away. With its great shops, bars and restaurants. To the south, Oliva is 10 minutes drive and Denia/Javea a further 15 minutes. To the north Cullera is 20 minutes and Valencia 45 minutes. The inland towns of Barx and Simat are a few minutes drive and Alzira is about 25 minutes away. The lively resort of Benidorm is about 45 minutes drive.
