On both terraces there is stereo music available. There is a constant supply of gas-heated hot water. This is a small gated community with allocated parking (electronic entrance gates) and tennis court. Opposite there are a number of quality restaurants and cafes for breakfast, lunch & dinner and pleasant bars for those stunning Spanish wines and tapas. We are situated 100 metres from the Blue-flag sandy beach & sea and only 1 kilometre from town. It is only 2 minutes by car or a 20 minute stroll-up-the-beach to Denia with the active fishing port, ferry port to Ibiza and Mallorca, historic castle, tapas bars, restaurants and shops. Denia is only 90 kilometres/55 miles from both Valencia and Alicante airports - an easy 45 minute drive. Directions will be provided and you will be personally met at the apartment by the owner and shown around.
