LOCATION Less than one hours drive from Alicante and Valencia airports and 15 minutes from the delightful towns of Javea & Denia. A dream villa on a select small peaceful urbanisation for those who like to get away from the madding crowd and relax in style beside a private sparkling pool. 10 minutes from the world class La Sella Golf. There are two large supermarkets just 5 minutes away. This villa is not plagued with mosquitos like so many others tend to be in hot climes. STUNNING VIEWS across mountains to the sea at Denia one way and Javea in another direction. View across to Montgo - the well known elephant with its trunk running into the sea. OUTSIDE The pool terrace has a unique covered kitchen / bar with integrated gas BBQ and cooking rings /fridge etc. This is a special feature of the property. The poolside naya is equipped with all you could possibly want for dining al fresco. Choose from many seating areas ensuring you will never tire of the views. There is an outside shower, pool lights etc. No need to go into the house for cutlery or crockery, its all there! From here you will enjoy magnificent views over mountains to the sea at Javea and Denia and take in the beautiful romantic evening sunsets as the sun falls below the mountains to the west! This can be also enjoyed from the hot tub which we installed this year. You will be delighted to note that ...We are free of those wretched mozzies that plague most Spanish properties. How rare is that!! In 5 years there has not been one sighting of a mosquito at Falcons Nest and at night the bedroom windows can be left open without fear of a visit. THE HOUSE This is just as impressive with two pretty bedrooms on the main level, sharing a bathroom. The master bedroom in the tower enjoys PANORAMIC views towards the sea. (It is just wonderful to wake in the morning to the views of mountains and total peace and quiet). This exquisite area has its own private suite and dressing area with double doors leading to the roof-top solarium - perfect for drying the towels... The lounge with American style kitchen complete with state-of the-art cooker and gleaming utensils abound. There is a separate dining room and all rooms (including bedrooms) are beautifully furnished with the owners handywork - all in solid oak. There is an abundant supply of:- Videos, DVDs, Books, Boards games, jig-saws, and CDs are there for your enjoyment. Canal TV is connected. An i-Pod docking station is also there so take your own favourite tunes or stories. The lounge has a superb log burner for winter lets and the air conditioning becomes the propertys very effective heating system together with recently installed radiators in the main living area. QUALITY STATEMENT By UK standards, this property really is 5 star accommodation and visitors remark on the quality of build and standard of furnishings. This villa is "reassuringly expensive!" and attracts the discerning client who is looking for a touch of class and those little extra additions that make all the difference. WELCOME PACK There is a starter pack of provisions for your arrival and a very warm welcome awaits you from the management team who are there to help you to make the most of your holiday. If you do not wish to pack those heavy beach towels then please advise when booking and the management will supply on your arrival at a small cost per item for laundering at the end of your holiday. Leave heavy hair dryers at home! ....there are two large ones in the house for your convenience. We are very confident that the property will please but we are never complacent and are always seeking to make improvements. Therefore we appreciate, and indeed welcome, feed-back from all our clients. Additional Activities closeby** In addition to all listed activities - A thrilling Go-karting track is just 5 minutes away by car. Jet skiing is at Denia and Javea and horse-riding is also just 5 minutes by car.
