Suite #1 is located in Villas de Frente Marino. It is a new, front line two bedroom property released only this year. It has a large sitting room, kitchen, laundry room, and a spacious hallway. The suite will accommodate up to six people (four adults and two children). The sitting room has a pull out sofa, perfect for 1-2 people. Located on the second floor, the suite is easily accessible via stairs and/or the elevator. A large balcony adjoining the sitting room and master bedroom has a western exposure guaranteeing sun throughout most of the day, and spectacular views on Mar Menor. In the winter, the heated floors provide an excellent source of warmth and comfort. The suite is fully furnished with new, practical appliances and decor. The swimming pool is practically under your front window.
Only 50m to Mar Menor and its beautiful promenade. Mar Menor is known to have a high salinity, making it a highly recommended location to treat ailments ranging from arthitis to respiratory problems.
Great place to scuba dive, sail, swim, or just lie around and enjoy the sun. Excellent weather creates a microclimate specific only to LaManga del Mar Menor.
Nearest cities; Cartagena - 20miles, Murcia - 30miles, and Alicante - 70miles. Very easy dirive from Murcia and Alicante airports, all highway.
Suite #2 The flat is a front line property located near the beach. It has spectacular views on Mar Menor, La Manga, Mediterranean Sea, and the marina. The apartment will accomodatem four adults and a child. We just finished furnishing this suite with modern and expensive furniture. The swimming pool only a few steps away. You will love the property and its location.
