Description of Casa Azza- La Empedrola, CALPE (Costa Blanc Spain) Set in a residential area of Calpe this individually designed south facing detached villa is set in its own beautiful gardens, with stunning views over countryside to the Sierra Bernia Mountain range rising to over 1.000 meters. The main town of Calpe is 3km from the villa, where you will find sandy beaches and an excellent selection of bars, restaurants and pavement cafes. Built in a traditional style with whitewash walls, arched wooden windows & exposed beams, the living areas has everything you will need for your stay with neutral furnishing & have been designed with comfort in mind. The villa has central heating for the winter & Air con for the summer. Casa Azza is set within more than 1500 meters of grounds & has a fully walled terrace surround our privately owned kidney shaped pool with a sun terrace complete with poolside shower, patio furniture, sun lounges & parasol where you can enjoy day long sun & fabulous views. There is also a separate BBQ area by the pool.Our English speaking management company are on hand to deal & assist with your holiday. The villa is a fabulous escape for the families summer holiday. This holiday is suitable for a relaxing poolside/beach holiday but also perfect for sightseeing or activity breaks. Benidom with all its famous nightlife & theme parks is just 30 minutes away. 5min drive away you have large supermarkets, banks,shops, popular bars and many excellent restaurants.

Facilities:
Accommodates 6 persons, the villa consists of a lounge/dining-room which is bright &, open plan kitchen with large fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine, ironing board plus over useful facilities, Sky T.V full sky package including BBC One, ITV etc, DVD player and HI-FI. There are three bedrooms (1 double-bedroom, 2 twin-bedroom). Bathroom en-suite plus an fully tiled shower room with wash basin & toilet. All bedrooms have a large fitted wardrobe, set of draws & 2 bedside tables. The kidney shaped pool has a sun terrace which is fully walled. New and modern pool furniture plus fully equipped BBQ area. Sun loungers are provided plus a six seater tables & chairs with a sun parasol for dining around the pool.
