This spacious Spanish villa, set within a small farming community, will allow you to do this and much more.
Casa Tranquilidad is a large villa situated outside Pedralba in the province of Valencia. The villa is built on two levels with four bedrooms, a shower and toilet upstairs. Downstairs comprises a kitchen, living room, dining room and separate toilet.
The villa stands in 1200 sq. meters of gardens. It is detached with its own driveway that can easily accommodate 5 cars.
Outside there is a barbecue, an above-ground pool, a childrens paddling pool and a childrens sandpit. Also available is a folding baby cot (on request) and a fold up push-chair. The price includes all linen, including outdoor towels.
Attached to the main villa, the owners have their own self-contained apartment that they occasionally use.
With 4 bedrooms, the casa will comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. All linen and towels, including outside towels, are included. All bedrooms have mosquito nets. In detail, the accommodation comprises:
Spacious and comfortable lounge, with DVD and video. The door opens onto a terrace shaded with vines and jasmine. A corner of the lounge has been reserved for a childrens play area with various games/toys provided (both indoor and outdoor). The open fireplace has a heater for the winter months.

Separate WC downstairs
Upstairs comprises of two double bedrooms, one with a sun terrace, and two single bedrooms.
All upstairs bedrooms have basins with cold water.

Outside, there are shaded patios with chairs where you can watch the sunrise while you eat breakfast.
The large secluded garden is filled with fruit trees and flowers and is ideal for relaxing and sunbathing. There is a sun terrace and barbecue close to the private pool to help you to relax in the sunshine.
The house is surrounded by large secluded gardens filled with fruit trees and flowers.
