The property has a master suite comprising large bedroom, dressing area, bathroom and roof terrace, 2 further bedrooms, bathroom and a downstairs cloakroom, fully fitted kitchen, lounge with woodburning stove, large sun terrace and 2 roof terraces. Beamed ceilings throughout and full central heating. There is also a bed settee in the lounge so the property will sleep up to 8. Outside there is a 10 x 5 metre swimming pool with jacuzzi, a lovely garden with olive, orange and lemon trees and outside lighting and a beautiful covered leisure area comprising shower room, kitchen, barbeque and fully fitted bar. So you can have barbeques in winter, as well as summer, whatever the weather. It is within walking distance of 2 restaurants and only 5 minutes from Trabuco which has full facilities, banks, shops, restaurants and a disco. It is very centrally located being just 40 minutes from Malaga and Granada Airports, 45 minutes from the beaches of the Costas del Sol and Tropical and 50 minutes from Granada and skiiing in the Sierra Nevada. Nearest golf course is in beautiful Antequera only 20 minutes away. Further afield the property is within easy driving distance of some of the greatest cities of Spain, Malaga, Cordoba, Seville, Jerez, Jaen, Cadiz and Gibraltar, perfect for a cultural tour. Also a perfect location for bird watchers, walkers, bikers and nature lovers or for those less active just relaxing round the pool!! Children are most welcome and there is horseriding 5 minutes away where they run special courses for children.

The property has satelite television, CD player, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and microwave. Loungers, umbrellas and garden furniture all provided. Also in the bar there is a snooker/pool table, dart board and subbuteo football game, great fun for everyone.
