VILLANUEVA del TRABUCO is a typical white-washed Spanish Village set in heart of Andalucia. The friendly village which is ideal for walkers is only a 40 minute drive from Malaga Airport and 50mins from Granada Airport on a dual carriageway road which makes Trabuco very accessable for the holiday maker. The village is ideally placed for day trips to TORREMOLINOS, MARBELLA and the beautiful ALHAMBRA PALACE in Granada, Skiing in the SIERRA NEVADA just over an hours drive and Golf in ANTEQUERA only 15miles away THE HOUSE:-Casa Villares is a modernised 2 bedroom townhouse in an elevated position in the old part of the village with a view to die for. KITCHEN/DINER:- Kitchen with new light wood units, stainless steel sink and feature brick wall at the side of the units. Washing machine, Fridge, Microwave and everything you will need to make your stay an comfortable and enjoyable.From the Diner window, magnificent views of the nearby mountain range. SITTING ROOM:-Satellite T.V. C.D. player and comfortable sofas. From the sitting room is a marble staircase leading to the 1st floor. BATHROOM:- White suite with over-bath shower and ample storage. BEDROOM 1:- Twin beds, a large fitted wardrobe and dressing table BEDROOM 2:- Full size Bunkbeds and wardrobe, a staircase from the bedroom leads you up to the lovely roof terrace. ROOF TERRACE:- Large terrace with superb 360 degree views enabling you to watch the sunrise to sunset.- There is a table and chairs with parasol to allow you to enjoy your meals ALFRESCO.+ 2 loungers. WHAT TO DO:-Hill walking, Horse riding, and swimming in the large- newly refurbished outdoor pool, open May - Sept. You can also swim in the stunning IZNAHAR Lake with its sandy beaches only a short drive from the town. There are many friendly bars and restaurants in and around the village if you dont feel like cooking. There is a variety of local shops and supermarkets, banks with cash points only a very short walk from the house.The village can supply everything you require for your holiday. This is an ideal place for that dream holiday. BOOKING:-Via e-mail or telephone, Winter booking price includes a heating allowance and a Welcome Pack is there on arrival. We have someone local who speaks English and Spanish who will be your contact on arrival and will show you the house. Transportation to and from the Airports CAN be arranged at a very reasonable cost. We can also recommend car hire companies if you wish.
