This property is situated just 5 minutes walk away from the lovely Burriana beach which has a wide selection of bars, restaurants and in the summer water sports. The world famous Balcon de Europa is 7 to 10 minutes walk away in the town centre with shops, restaurants and bars to suit all tastes. The house has three bedrooms, all with twin beds and two have small terraces which face the lovely pool and community gardens. The ground floor has a large living / dining room with cable TV, radio, dining table, chairs and settees. There is a lovely terrace here with views of the sea and mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, gas hob, electric oven, iron and ironing board. There is a downstairs cloakroom/toilet. There is an en-suite shower on the second floor and a full bathroom. This urbanisation is ideal for those requiring privacy, being securely gated with a door entry intercom system. As the house is situated close to all the amenities of Nerja car hire is not necessary although if you wish to explore further afield the property would make an ideal base. The house sleeps six although should extra accomodation be needed one of the settees downstairs converts to a double bed.
