Lounge/Dining Room furnished with settee, 2 armchairs, wall unit, colour TV with satellie, circular dining table and 4 chairs, window overlooking the gardens.
Downstairs Shower Room fully tiled, fitted wash basin and w/c.
Kitchen Good range of floor and wall cupboards, cooker, fridge/freezer, sink unit, microwave, and washing machine.
Upstairs Bathroom fully tiled, with bath, shower, bidet,wash basin and w/c.
Bedroom One 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, mirror, window and small balcony.
Bedroom 2 double bed, fitted wardrobe, small balcony.
Outside Back patio with table and chairs. Front communal garden with small swimming pool set in the lawn.
Large Swimming Pool this is about 75 metres walk from the front door, and is situated behind the houses on the other side of the road.
Linen All provided except for beach towells
Booking A deposit of 25% is payable on booking, balance to be paid 4 weeks before departure. On receipt of the balance the keys will be sent to you.
Mrs Garcia is responsible for looking after the house, her address and telephone number are behind the front door. |
