Here is real Spanish life and customs unaffected by foreign tourism with three bars/restaurants within 3 minutes walk( menu of the day 8 euros) and fresh bread is delivered daily.This beautiful country area of Marxuquera is 10 mins drive to the lively and historic town of Gandia,which has many shops, cafes,restaurants, bars, parks outdoor markets and places of historical interest. A 15 min drive takes you to Gandia Playa which boasts a Blue Flag beach with 5kms of golden sands There are plenty of other beautiful beaches nearby plus quad biking, safari park, golf, lovely walks and lively Benidorm with the Benidorm Palace and Theme and Water park only 1 hours drive away.Valencia airport is 55 minutes and Alicante 75 minutes away by car which is essential to appreciate this beautiful area. Many airports now offer cheap flights to both Valencia and Alicante airports where you can hire a car inexpensively.
The villa was totally refurbished in 2004 and is tastefully and comfortably furnished with full central heating and ceiling fans.Downstairs sleeping 6/7 and upstairs 4 the villa can be rented as one unit or as a downstairs apartment. Downstairs there is a large lounge /dining room with bed settee , video/dvd and cd player,modern fully fitted kitchen with full cooker, microwave,fridge/freezer and washing machine ,double en-suite bedroom with bath, shower basin and w.c., twin bedded room which can take a third bed or cot and single bedded room plus separate shower room with basin and w.c.. Outside there is a shower, private sunny terraced garden with gazebo for shade and barbeque . Upstairs there is a very large lounge/dining room with sky t.v./video/dvd and cd player, american style kitchen with full cooker,microwave, fridge /freezer and washing machine and dishwasher. The beautiful modern bathroom has corner bath with shower, basin and w.c. and there are 2 large double bedrooms. Outside there are breathtaking views over the mountains and orange groves and 4 beautiful sunbathing terraces so you can sunbathe all day. The floodlit swimming pool has a full filtration system and a large shallow end, ideal for children. Outside shower and barbeque plus lovely garden and ornamental fishpond (raised and safe for children). There are plenty of sunbeds, umbrellas and garden furniture provided. |

Facilities: |
| All the matching linen and towels (except beachtowels) are supplied and changed weekly on Saturday which is change over day. A full welcome pack is provided on arrival to include most basic essentials. The apartments both have hairdryer,iron and ironing board, information booklet with help and directions on restaurants, shopping, places to visit etc. |
