Completed 2004 this spacious 2 bedroom apartment with pool, enjoys stunning views over 2 seas (the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean) and is front line of the beach.
Situated on Playa Paraiso beside Playa Honda, this excellent beach location only 30 minutes drive from Murcia Airport (San Javiar) and 1 hour from Alicante Airport. The area is between the famous La Manga Club and the La Manga Strip. There is something here for everyone. Lots of restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets and children’s play areas nearby. The area is a paradise for beach lovers, golfers, swimmers and water sports enthusiasts/beginners. For Golfers there is La Manga Club with its three championship courses. Other activities nearby include tennis, horse riding, go-karting and cycle hire, quad bike hire and a host of water sports. La Manga strip is only a few minutes away by taxi or local bus. Here you can rub shoulders with celebrities in the bars and restaurants. Also close by is the fishing port of Cabo de Palos which has some great seafood restaurants. A short drive away is the Ancient Roman city of Cartgena which has a castle, museums and a picturesque marina with cafes & restaurants. The city centre boasts an excellent shopping centre. The city of Murcia is a little further but worth a visit and Inland over the mountains is the beautiful historic town of Lorca.
Whilst a car is recommended, it is not essential as the apartment as there are shops restaurants cafes/bars within 300 metres. Also we can provide a airport transfer service at a reasonable cost.
The warm shallow waters combined with the absence of tides makes the Mar Menor ideal for families and water sports. Also, the waters register a saline content of 50% and are scientifically recognised as being therapeutic in the treatment of rheumatism. If you want a break from the beach or just want to relax in the shade, the apartment has 2 communal Swimming Pools and a terrace area with private furniture.
The apartment has 4 ceiling fans, a balcony with sliding doors curtains and shutters. Whilst this particular part of Spain enjoys 300 days of sunshine per year, if you come in winter, the apartment has 2 heaters. Entry to the apartment is secure and we are only a phone call away should you have any questions. |
