The house on the hill is our family home, we are offering luxury 3 bedroom wooden lodges set in our pine wood with pool, patio and bar area.
Description of Villa:
We have decided to share this wonderful location the lodges have views over the neighbouring orange groves and towards the walled monumental town of Xativa. We are walking distance to a village with shops and bars, yet a short drive to to the vibrant town of Xativa. Ideal for a tranquil break or a base for discovery of the real spain. The lodges are 3 bedroom and sleep upto 6 people have a fully equiped kitchen, are furnished in a contemporary style with sateliteTV/DVd and heating for winter stays. Contact us for website address which has a video. We now offer the facility for payment by credit and debit cards. Evening meals are available delivered to your lodge. There is a pool with a bar and patio area, where your personal sun lounger and a supply of pool towels will always be available. There are a selection of Mountain Bikes available for use, and guided local walks are available. Rock climbing is close by and guides can be provided. We will always be happy to give help and advice to make your stay into a great holiday. We have been here 4 years and are still discovering wonderful villages and great restuarants. Xativa is 45 minutes from Valencia Airport and 1 1/2 hours from Alicante, and is served by a good networks of roads and rail. It is an area of outstanding natural beauty. Mountain views, scenic valleys and traditional villages. The villages of Llocnou den fenollet is less than 1km away and offers shops and bars. Xativa, is less than 4km away and has everything from medieval cobbled streets and markets to vibrant modern shopping. There are resturants, cafes and bars to suit all tastes and times of day. Historic walking tours can be arranged. Enjoy eating out at Spanish prices a menu del dia at around €7.50 3 courses with wine. We are in a wine growing area and it is possible to visit the local bodegas for a tasting and then buy the wine at amazing prices. The nearest beaches are 25 minutes drive away. You can choose from the quite family beaches at Tavernes and Xeraco, to the larger resorts of Cullera and Gandia. A trip to Valencia by train is essential, the route from Xativa is direct into the centre of the city, and the service is regular and inexpensive. Visit the Americas cup port and enjoy a sunset catamaran cruise along the coast . New for this year is the Gran Prix taking place oin august 2008. Come in March for the Fallas festivities both in Xativa and Valencia culminating in huge papier mache monument being burnt on the 19th A must see! Car hire is essential to make the most of your stay.
