The house is situated in Els Poblets in a small complex just north of Denia on the Costa Blanca, and within walking distance to the beach approx 1.5 km, the local village is a short walk, it is only a short drive towards Pego and the mountains. The accommodation consists of: Ground floor: Lounge with TV, DVD VCR radio Kitchen: Electric hob, oven/fridge/washing machine, microwave WC & wash basin Dining table and chairs Lounge furniture Patio doors to terrace and comm swimming pool and garden. First floor: 2 double bedrooms one en-suite and one single with bunk beds, 2 bedrooms have their own balcony. 3 bedrooms in total. Bathroom complete with bath, shower, WC, bidet, washbasin. The accommodation has full air conditioning, central heating and is completely furnished. All bed linen is provided along with towels. Ideal for families and children Some things you might like to see and do: The Jalon Valley- Saturday Market, great citrus groves and wine tasting. Gata- see how they make guitars and a huge choice of wicker works. Valencia-take the trian from Gandia or Xeraco through the rice fields-only a few euros return- a great day out. Aqualandia- if you like water both for children and adults this is a must. Terra Mitica-a great day for anyone. Mundo Mar-fantastic dolphin show with lots more. Explore the mountains above Pego Denia Town-walk under the castle to the centre, lots of history. Golf-La Sella and Oliva are close by. Lots of beaches to explore.
