Three beautifully renovated cave dwellings sleeping up to 16 people, with swimming pool, close to unspoilt beaches at Puntas de Calnegre
Description of Villa:
Aspirations cave house retreat consists of 3 cave dwellings which have been beautifully restored, sleeping up to 16 people. The caves remain a constant temperature of around 18 degrees, cool in the summer, warm in the winter and full of character with a unique ambience of traquility. There is a one bedroomed cave sleeping 2 people, a 2 bedroomed cave sleeping 3, and a 3 bedroomed cave sleeping up to 7 people. There are also 2 double bed settees. Each cave has its own sitting room. They are simply decorated in traditional Spanish style. The cave dwellings are linked at the front by a large 60 sqm lounge/dining area with log burner, a fully fitted kitchen and 3 toilet/shower rooms. Outside is 3,000 sqm , including a 35 sqm covered patio areas, a 9m x 4m kidney shaped swimming pool (salt water not chlorine) and wonderful views to the unspoilt local beaches of Puntas de Calnegre. Also on offer at the retreat is a range of therapeutic treatments (including aromatherapy, reflexology, massage, reiki, indian head massage) which can be booked during your stay Set in a wonderful idyllic, tranquil location on the costa Calida, the retreat offers the ideal environment for a relaxing holiday. The property is located on an olive farm and the owners, Michael & Susan, will greet you when you arrive, answer your questions and help in anyway possible. The farm is in the village of Ramonete which has a medical centre, local shops and bars. 3 km away is the sunpoilt natural coastline, with the beautiful beaches of Puntas de Calnegre and Playa Calnegre. Only in July and August can holidaymakers be spotted. During the summer months the beaches have a chiringuito bar. Aspirations offers a perfect venue to holiday and relax away from the hub-ub of everyday life. We ask our guests to help us maintain the high level of cleanliness when here, for all our customers. Also a welcome pack is supplied free of charge. If you would like to extend your welcome pack please let us know. During high season we can only offer a Saturday changeover day. Outside of high season changeover day is flexible. Arrival time: you will be able to occupy the Retreat after 3 pm on day of arrival Departure time: you will need to depart the Retreat by 11.00 am on day of departure (flexible outside of high season) Prices quoted are for rental of the retreat on a self catering basis and include all bed linen, gas for water heater and cooker, electricity and domestic water. Towels are not provided (except for kitchen tea-towels). Gro, Norway The historic city of Lorca with its Castle, Visitors Centre and good shopping is a 40 minute drive. The spanish fishing town of Aguilas is a 30 minute drive and 25 mins away is the beautiful Port of Mazarron. Nearest airports are Murcia (San Javier) which is approx 1 hour 15 minutes drive, and Alicante, which is 1 hour 40 minutes drive. Car is recommended. No smoking in the property.
