Our delightful townhouse is situated on the attractive LOS LAGOS DE GOLF complex by the 27th tee. The patio enjoys all day sunshine.

This 2 bedroom townhouse will sleep up to 4 adults.

Bedroom 1 with double bed, fitted double wardrobe. Overlooking communal pool.
Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds, fitted double wardrobe. Overlooking golf course.
· FAMILY BATHROOM with shower over bath, basin, bidet and WC.
· DOWNSTAIRS SHOWER ROOM shower, basin and WC.
· FULLY FITTED KITCHEN with hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, washing machine and tumble-dryer.
· SEPARATE UTILITY AREA.
· LOUNGE/DINER with French doors to patio. Double sofa bed, settee, dining table
and chairs. TV and remote. DVD player. Coffee table. Enclosed wood burning fire.
· GAMES ROOM with full size table-tennis table. Additional seating
area.
· SOUTH EAST FACING PATIO with garden furniture. Enjoys the sunshine
throughout the day.
· COMMUNAL POOL set in landscaped gardens. Sun-loungers are available.
Also provided are towels and linens. Please bring your own beach towels.
There are 2 hairdryers and 3 electric blow heaters for both hot and cold air.
Iron and board. Weekly linen change and cleaning is included; midweek clean can be provided on request at additional cost.
We regret, no pets and no smoking inside the house.

Facilities: |
The property is situated in the heart of the 27 hole International golf course and is a short walk to the 4* Islantilla Golf Hotel and Clubhouse with bars and restaurants.
Golfers can play at a reasonable price.
It is less than a 10 minute walk to the main Commercial Centre with its many individual shops, supermarket, bars and varied restaurants at very reasonable prices. This area leads directly to the promenade and the long golden sandy beaches.
A new Commercial Centre has recently opened 2 minutes walk away with supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants. NOTE Restricted opening outside peak season.
There are many places to visit. At the small bustling town of Ayamonte (20 minutes drive) there is the ferry across the river to Portugal, which takes 15 minutes. Cheap linens abound.
Huelva is the major town of the area (30 minutes drive). It is now an industrial town but it was from here that Christopher Columbus set sail to discover the new world. There are many museums to visit.
The major city of Seville is about an hour and 20 minutes away with its cathedral and serious shopping for the ladies. An open top bus tour of the city is recommended.
The low cost airlines fly to both Seville and Faro - which is closer - and only an hour away. There is a fast new motorway from Faro to Spain.
Directions from Faro
Leave Faro airport and follow the A22 and IP1 to the motorway – signposted Espanha- stay on the motorway; go over the bridge that separates Portugal and Spain (it’s an open border); stay on the motorway; leave at the first sign for Lepe (N431).
You are now only 10 minutes away. At the first roundabout (Cash Lepe) follow the sign for Lepe. In the town centre, turn right at the traffic lights signposted La Antilla and Playas. Follow the road to La Antilla straight over two roundabouts and then take the first exit at the roundabout signposted Islantilla.
At the next roundabout take the first exit.
Follow the road up the hill and go straight over the roundabout (Paseo de la Vera).
Just before the next roundabout, you will see Los Lagos to your right. Park outside and enter the complex by the gate nearest to the roundabout.
