Description of Townhouse:
The house is located on a modern established urbanisation called Altomar 1, in Gran Alicant. Gran Alicant is conveniently located on the Costa Brava only 10 minutes drive from Alicante airport and 10 minute drive south to the Spainish seaside town of Santa Pola. Local amenities including shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Banks and a medical centre are also nearby. The nearest sandy beach of Arenales Del Sol is a short 5 minute drive away. The resort of Torevieja is 20 minutes away and the popular resort of Benidorm 30 minutes drive away. There is a regular bus service between Alicante and Santa Pola, there are also numerous golf courses around the area. THIS IS A FANTASTIC HOUSE FULLY EQUIPPED WITH EVERYTHING THAT IS NEEDED FOR A ENJOYABLE HOLIDAY, SUITABLE FOR FAMILIES OR COUPLES.

Also boardgames, books, CD`s and beach toys that can be used during your stay. Dining area - dining table and chairs Shower room - with toilet, shower and washbasin Kitchen - fully equipped fitted kitchen with large fridge/freezer and seperate freezer, microwave, oven and hob, washing machine, ironing board, iron and hair dryer. Full range of crockery and utensils. Master bedroom - with built-in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom Bedroom 2 - with twin beds and built-in wardrobe Bedroom 3 - with twin beds wardrobe and chest of draws Bathroom - fully fitted bathroom with shower There are ceiling fans in all rooms and 3 free standing fans. Also 2 heaters for the winter months. * Large solarium with a BBQ and a number of sun loungers * Tiled sun terrace with table and chairs * Communal swimming pool (with toddler pool) * Bed linen and towels provided * Locally managed if help and advice needed during your stay Bookings are made to suit your requirements a £50.00 (70 euro) deposit per week is payable on booking (this is non-refundable)with the balance due 4 weeks before departure. In addition it is necessary to pay a cleaning charge of 55 euro. A welcome pack is available for 5 euro
