GANDIA / MARXUQUERA - Sleeps 6 - 7 Nestled in the foothills of la safor mountains, one of the best regions of la safor, this villa benefits from a quiet location, offers perfect tranquility and situated away from the busy spots frequented by the tourists; Indoor the relaxing atmosphere of the villa is enhanced by its tasteful decor. The villa is well appointed to cater for your every need. The accomodation comprises on upper level a 40m2 lounge / dining area with marble surround fireplace, fully fitted kitchen with access onto large terrace with BBQ, (sunny from morning until late evening). one double bedroom with twin beds, full bathroom, separate WC, conservatory with beautiful mountain and garden views. Spiral stairs to lower level where are two double bedrooms with double beds and large fitted wardrobes, one with hydro-massage bath, separate shower room, 30 qm lounge where we can provide a confortable folding bed for an extra person. Facilities include satellite TV (some English, French and German stations but NOT Sky, DVD. air conditioning hot and cold on each floor, off-road parking for one car however room for other cars opposite the property. Most of the year can be spent outside the villa enjoying its many facilities: Whether sunbathing by the pool and relaxing under the shade of the palmtrees or on the upper terrace; in the evenings you can sit in the naya and watch the sunset on the mountains: There are so many places you could visit it would fill your entire holiday; We have brochures and details of many places.Gandia is a historical popular town known for its blue flag sandy beaches, port and yacht club, Gandia was the home town of the gorgia family, has excellent shopping facilities with designer shops, its beautiful cathedral and the palacio Ducal; .There is connection to valencia city by train 1 hour.
