Brand new apartment in a Quiet location in Algorfa village, close to La Finca Golf Club and is ideal for families, couples and golfers.
Description of Apartment:
This second floor apartment which sleeps 4, has 2 bedrooms one double and one twin, plus a large sofa bed in lounge is situated on a new and well maintained friendly complex with a communal pool and has large terrace balcony which gets the sun all day during the summer months.There is also full use of the communal roof terrace. Entry to the complex is through secure gates and also has secure under-ground parking with allocated space plus communal lift to all floors. The apartment is ideally suited for those looking for a quiet relaxing holiday or a lively holiday with lots to do and many places to see, and is in easy reach of both Alicante and Murcia Airports, approx 30/40 mins drive to both airports. only an hour drive to Benidorm THE LOCAL AREA Algorfa village is a few minutes walk from the apartment to the centre of village which has a various shops including a english supermarket, pizza takeaway resurants and bars + a large municipal park for those of you with children. BENIMAR/BENJOFAR Is just a 5 min drive from village, it has many lively bars and various resturants (Chines, Italian, Mexican, Indian, English, Spanish etc) it is a lively place with different entertainment each evening in most of the bars.For those of you who like a drink (dont drive) they are several taxi numbers in the apartment for such time. ALMORADI Is a medium sized town 5 minutes drive from Algorfa which has a number of resturants, supermarkets and bars. GUARDAMAR Del SEGURA Is a 15-20 minute drive and has lovely long sandy beaches and holds a superb large Wednesday market CIUDAD QUESADA A purpose built commercial area approx 15-20 minutes drive from village and offers a good selection of bars and resturants including Indian and Chinese. BENIDORM Is an hours drive north and has all you would expect from a large tourist resort including exotic birds-sealife park, aqua park and theme park and miles of golden beaches. TORREVIEJA A large town 20 minutes drive away with shops and resturants together with large hypermarket, promenade and beaches and a great night life.There is also a water park here take a picnic and go for the day great for all ages. All this allows you to choose an active holiday or just relax in the sun. GOLF La Finca, Algorfa: an 18 hole golf course where non members are welcome. (remember your handicap certificate). There are several other golf courses within easy drive such as Villamartin, Los Ramblas, Campoamor, Quesada and La-Mar-Quesa. As the area is still developing a car would be beneficial to access all the facilities metioned above.

The apartment is well equiped with: Washing Machine, Oven + Hob, Large fridge/freezer, microwave and all nessacery crockery utensiles, iron,kettle,pots and pans etc, Towels (not to be taken to the pool), bedding, English/satellite TV DVD Player (some dvds supplied), CD Player with a various selction of CDs supplied. Their is also a large communal sun terrace at top of building, you can either sun bath (loungers supplied in apartment) or use for drying towles/washing, large upright fans for bedrooms/Large Turbo fan for sitting roomwhich keeping the rooms cooled during those hot summer months.
