This first floor apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and large terrace overlooking marina. It is conveniently situated for waterside bars and restaurants and is alongside a safe sheltered beach. The Marina offers sailing and a diving school.
The twin towns of Alcoceber and Las Fuentes are both small and friendly. They are positioned 2 hours south of Barcelona and 1 hour north of Valencia. They nestle amongst orange and almond groves and are typical of this picturesque region of Costa del Azahar, one of the last unspoilt areas of the mediterranean coast. Both have numerous excellent restaurants, plenty of shops and wonderful safe sandy beaches.
Most sports are available locally including tennis, golf (there are two excellent courses within 30 minutes designed by Bernhard Langer and Sergio Garcia), cycling and horse riding.
Nearest international airports : Valencia and Reus - both approximately 60 miles away.
Nearest railway station : Alcala de Chivert 10 miles with good rail links to both Valencia and Barcelona.
Nearest motorway junction : 7 miles.
