Villa Maria Jesus is a modern detached villa situated on the prestigious Monte De Los Almendros with fantastic sea views overlooking the pretty seaside town of Salobrena. It has 4 bedrooms - sleeping 6 adults (plus 2 more on folding beds), a pool and all the modern amenities. The rental also includes a fully equipped separate private annex which sleeps a further 2 adults. The Villa is set on one level and is modern, light and airy. Outside there are ample terrace areas for dining, relaxing in the sun or cooling off in the shade and there is a lovely pool on the main terrace, all providing beautiful views of the Mediterranean Coast and surrounding hills. The Villa is in a very tranquil location, situated in a quiet cul-de-sac near tennis and other amenities and a short drive down “the Monte” to the historic seaside town of Salobrena.

Outside: Swimming pool: 9 metres by 3 metres, BBQ, sun loungers and chairs on pool terrace, also providing access to the annex; separate shaded terrace area with table and chairs which provides shade throughout the day; plus further elevated sun terrace. Large terraced garden to the rear with exotic plants and fruits;
Annex: Fully equipped with double bedroom, bathroom, separate loo, kitchen/living area with Satellite TV (many UK Channels). Accessed separately via the pool terrace, this is perfect for those wanting their own private space.
Large Garage: Space for two economy cars. (Car is recommended);
NB: There are several steps leading up to the Villa from street level;
Exclusions: No smoking inside the Villa; no pets (except guide dogs).
