El Pueblecillo is a stunning rural finca which has been reformed to an exceptional standard thereby offering the comforts of modern living with the simplicity and beauty of traditional surroundings.
Sleeping 12 comfortably, there is plenty of space in the house and 30 acres around the house. The sitting room has an 6 meter tall ceiling with 3 meter tall windows to capture the incredible views in all directions.
Just 40 minutes from Malaga airport and on the old trading road between Antequera and Ronda, Casarabonela is a whitewash village that retains all the charm of a traditional Moorish village. The finca is situated just over 2 miles down a country track and is 10 minutes from the village. There is eating out all around the village and most unusually, there is an exceptional restaurant situated at the end of the track, a mere stagger home!
The finca is set in 30 acres of land, has a stream (great for paddling) and endless space for "den making" and exploring for the younger, or more adventurous. Our nearest neighbours are farmers who have a number of animals - they never mind if you turn up to watch the cows being milked. Walking and cycling around the finca is exceptional with bird migrations in the spring and autumn. If you want to look further afield there are a range of activities to choose from nearby including golf, quad biking, aquaparks, beaches etc.
The finca has a pool, a boule pitch, a trampoline and a cricket net!!
There are two BBQ areas, three covered terraces and a large garden. All terraces have views across the valley to the Sierra de las Nieves and face west so plenty of scope for sundowners on the terrace.
One of the bedrooms can be used as a seperate apartment/granny annexe It can be totally self contained with its own sitting room/kitchen and terrace. |

| 6 double/twin bedrooms - 3 with ensuite bathrooms and a futher large family bathroom. Large kitchen/sitting room (with open fire for winter), separate sitting room with TV/DVD/satellite TV. Smaller kitchen/sitting room (with wood burning stove for winter) which can be used as part of the main house or can be used along with one of the bedrooms as a separate self-contained appartment - great for grannies or a cook/nanny. There is central heating throughout for the winter and there are ceiling fans for the summer. A number of terraces surround the house, some covered for much needed shade in summer, and there are built in BBQs. There is a large swimming pool (10m x 6m) with adjoining covered terrace with a built-in BBQ and fridge. Boule pitch, badminton, trampoline, cricket net. Stereo. All bedlinen and bath and swimming towels are provided - please provide your own beach towels should you require them. The kitchen is very well equippped with American fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, freezer etc. and there is a large utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. |
