Bakery, ambulance and medical services within 500 m. Grounds with lighting, partly with paved terrace 200 m2. Picnic area, with stone barbecue, terrace furniture. Table tennis table. Basketball net. It is possible to hire 2 bikes (optional, 60 eurs per stay). Garden and swimming pool maintenance once a week. HOUSE/RESIDENCE 4-room house 90 m2 on 2 levels on 1st floor: living/dining room with open fireplace, satellite-TV, stereo unit. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 2 beds. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Kitchen (oven, micro wave, deep freezer). Bath/bidet/WC. Upper floor: kitchen (oven, deep freezer). Bath/WC. Terrace 12 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (6). View of the sea and the mountains. Facilities: fan coolers provided, washing machine. Reserved parking, fenced (6 cars). The living room on the ground floor is actually a private gym room: exercise bike, multigum, abdominiser, step machine. Shower/WC. Electric radiators. Colour TV with video and DVD. HiFi system. We speak English, French and Spanish
