Description of Villa: |
Set in the Montemar development amongst an attractive Pine Walk 10 minute stroll will take you down to the excellent Campoamor Beach.
The village of Dehesa de Campoamor is ideally situated approx. 40 minutes south of Alicante airport, or 15/20 minutes north of Murcia Airport. The village as some excellant restaurants and a small supermarket.
Campoamor boosts a beautiful yacht club and marina.<
/i>The beach has many attractions including jet skies, banana boat, pedalos.
The beach bars are open well into the night serving excellant tapas and cocktails.
The Villa offers 2 Double Bedrooms & 1Twin bedroom. A large family bathroom and an additional shower room with wash basin and W.C. located on the ground floor.
The Lounge and front two bedrooms have air conditioning. All the bedrooms are fitted with overhead fans.
All linen & towels plus beach towels are provided.
2 weeks bookings have the option for a mid-week linen change at an
extra charge of €20.
Outside the screened garden has sun loungers and garden furniture. The large, newly constructed Feb 2008,
swimming pool is south facing which enables you to bask in the sun well
into the late evenings.
With-in a short walk is the equestrian centre and restaurant. In the local area there are 3 championship golf courses. If a livlier night
life is required the cabo roig strip as all you need with fine dine restaurants,
bars and night clubs, all this just 15 mintues walk away.
There is an Aqua Park 20 minutes drive away. Go-Carting is also a favourite
pastime. |
