Situated in a quiet and private complex, this penthouse is close to the Parador de Turismo hotel, in an exclusive area in Nerja. The complex is only 2 minutes walk to the Burriana- Carabeillo beach and a pleasant 5 minutes walk to the town centre.
The penthouse is in the top floor on a two story block (no lift) and comprises a comfortable, bright, airy lounge/dining room with Satellite T.V. DVD, one sofa, 2 armchairs and dining area. Sliding doors lead from the lounge onto the south facing terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture, with sea and garden views. The fully-equipped kitchen has oven, microwave, hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, kettle, cofee pot, toaster,... All is electric (no gas)-There are two bedrooms (1 with double bed and other with twins beds) with fitted wardrobes. The main bedroom has sea views and the twin bedroom has a balcony with lovely mountain views. There are 2 en-suite bathrooms fully fitted including bath and shower. The apartment has a large roof terrace with sea and mountains views, bbq, sunbeds, table and chairs (the access is with an spiral staircase).
The complex has a quiet swimming pool and garden with toilets.
