Pueblo Salado is a private residential complex situated in Puerto de Mazarron within easy reach of a variety of beaches, restaurants, marina, shops and bars all within walking distance. Year round sunshine combined with safe clean beaches provides the ideal location for a family holiday.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, both with built in wardrobes and ceiling mounted fans; in addition there is also a pull out single bed, cot and high chair. The bathroom is fully fitted in the Spanish style with a bath and built in shower. The kitchen is also fully fitted and includes a cooker, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave.
In the main living area there is a 3 seater and 2 seater sofa, TV with basic Sky channels, a DVD player and portable sterio, here is also a dining table and chairs. From the living room you exit onto the attractive private patio; complete with a deluxe patio furniture set and BBQ.
The patio area is entered via a full length lockable gate. All windows in the apartment have either wooded shutters or wind down blinds, both offer total darkness and sound proofing for those lazy long lie ins and traditional siestas.
The complex is situated less than 50m from the sea front and only 100m from the closest of many clean attractive beaches on the local coast line.
