Description of Apartment: |
Spacious two double bedroom apartment, sleeps 4/6, with comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Large balcony with uninterrupted views to the sea. 150m from the beach and 50m from local shops and restaurants. Only a 35 minute drive from Las Palmas airport, via new motorway, with regular bus services or taxis to all resorts on the island. Playa del Cura is a quiet bay on the South West of the Island, between the bustling town of Puerto Rico and picturesque harbour of Puerto de Mogan. The nearby Amadores Beach is wonderful for those seeking Caribbean sand and azure blue seas, for snorkelers abundant fish are to be found among the rocks. Situated in the next bay, Anfi Tauro 9 hole, par 3 golf course is 2km away and boasts the most spectacular lakes with crystal clear waters and magnificent views of the mountains and the sea. On the 9th hole it is necessary to hit the ball across a breathtaking lake with the first shot, as this lake covers the whole area between the tee and the green. Apart from a putting green and a practice area, you will find a completely flat practice tee. An 18 hole PGA competition course is currently being built.
The apartment block has a secure childrens play area, Swimming pool with sun-loungers and umbrellas, toddlers pool, a water slide to a second pool, all pools are unheated, patio restaurant/bar. The secure reception area is manned 24/7.
Playa del Cura beach is 150m walk away, its clean, sandy and safe for swimming, sun-loungers and umbrellas can be hired. Amadores beach is 2km away by car, bus or a liesurely walk, with its white Caribbean sand and blue sea, it is clearly visible from the apartment balcony.
Local restaurants are 50m away. Puerto Rico for nightlife and shopping is 4km away; ferries and boat trips also leave from here. Puerto de Mogan with its wonderful harbour/marina restaurants is 6km.
Las Palmas airport is approx 35km away. Car hire is advised but local taxis are very cheap and easy to call. The return taxi journey from and too the airport will cost around 90 euros, approx half the cost of a self drive hire car. Local buses are cheap, frequent and go to all resorts on the island.
A £50 booking deposit, refundable if the booking is cancelled up to 8 weeks before departure, balance due 6 weeks before travel, no refund will be given on the full amount after this time. If you have to cancel your holiday during this time we will try to rent the apartment at a cheaper/special rate and will refund you this amount of rental. A £50 returnable deposit against breakages or loss of keys should also be sent at time of booking.

Cots are available and can be prebooked for £20 per week - no linen supplied.
Towels and bed linen are included but not beach towels, spare bed linen is available. No maid service. The apartment will be cleaned before and after your visit.
