This is a lovely 2 bedroom frontline apartment overlooking the main Levante beach. The apartment has a great terrace which is blessed with fabulous sea & harbour views. The location is just about perfect because guests have the beach, shops bars and restaurants literally on their doorstep!!
Description of Apartment:
The apartment comprises two spacious twin bedded rooms with excellent views of the harbour, a comfortable lounge/diner with fabulous views of the beach & sea. TV & radio provided. The kitchen has cooker, microwave, fridge & ample cupboard space. It is fully equipped for four persons. The shower room was new in 2007. Washing machine. There are two balconies for all day sunshine. Excellent for both summer & winter lets. Shops, bars & restaurants are all very close, & Calpe centre is an easy walk along the promenade. The beach last year was awarded the prestigious “White Flag” of excellence. Local activities include, golf, water sports, tennis, walking & fishing to name but a few. The fantastic theme park of Terra Mitica is situated just outside Benidorm, about 25 minutes by car. Other interesting resorts such as Moriara, Altea & Javea can be easily reached by bus or car. Except for the months of July, August & September it is usually possible for us to arrange an airport pick up/drop off service for you at reasonable prices. TERMS Due to the present financial crisis, we are holding 2008 prices for the 2009 season, although utility costs & taxes have risen sharply in Spain. 25% non-refundable deposit on booking, with balance payable 8 weeks prior to occupancy. There is a Bond of £100 (Euros 130) against damage or loss of keys, refundable on return of keys provided that no breakages have been reported to us. Occupancy is from 1500hrs on day of arrival to 10.30hrs on day of departure (unless arranged otherwise) There is a supplement for July August & September of £25 (Euro 30) for less than two weeks.
