Description of Country house:
Something a little different. Not a run of the mill, new build villa but a genuine old Spanish farmhouse. Finca cuatro pinos is a rural hillside retreat, 6 kms from the village of Competa towards the coast. The property covers 10,000m2 planted with vines, olive and almond trees and has a splendid view to the sea. A traditional farm building, the finca has been extended and renovated to provide two bedrooms, two bathrooms, sitting and dining room, kitchen, terraces and swimming pool. There is one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a further bedroom with twin beds and a large size bathroom with shower. The south facing terrace overlooking the pool is vine covered and ideal for outside eating. The east terrace has a built in BBQ, large table and benches and is surrounded by flowers and trees. The finca is fully furnished with everything you will need for your holiday stay including satellite TV (FTV), radio and CD player, DVD player, washing machine, iron and ironing board. All linen is provided, the kitchen is fully equipped and the who;e house is stylishly decorated with individual touches emphasising its Andalucian character. The house sleeps up to 4 people and is the perfect place for a quiet holiday by the pool. A welcome food basket is provided for your arrival. Linen and towel change is offered by arrangement, although there is a washing machine for keeping up with washing your beach towels!

Facilities:
The finca is approached on an unsealed dirt road (1km only), but is suitable for ordinary vehicles. The pool is unfenced.
