Description of Bungalow:
This is a very peaceful setting with beautifully manicured gardens and Community pool, with pool shower. The location is ideal for those seeking a peaceful location but with the town and beach a short distance away. Seista is observed every afternoon from 3pm - 5pm a perfect time for relaxing on your sunbed underneath the shade of a tree reading a good book or taking in the view of the Montgo mountain whilst sipping a glass of something cold !! The property is furnished and decorated to a very high standard. The accomodation comprises of 2 bedrooms, 1 double(King Size Bed), 1 twin. Luxury bathroom with full size bath and overhead shower. The open plan living area has a sofa and 2 chairs (purchased in 2006), TV with Sky family pack, CD player, Video player and DVD Player with a wealth of CD,s, DVDs and Videos, and a large selection of books to suit all taste and ages. Dining table and chair to seat four. A fully fitted kitchen, with oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine, and all the utensils you could wish for A haridryer is available along with an iron and iroining board. Fans are also provided for the lounge and both bedrooms. Glazed lounge door opens onto the terrace overlooking the garden and pool, patio table and chairs, 4 sunloungers with cushions provided and a BBQ. New in 2007 a small Patio area to the front of the property, with table and 4 chairs, perfect for enjoying the morning sun. A welcome pack is provided on arrival with our compliments. Linen and Towels are provided and for lets of 2 weeks clean linen and towels will be delivered mid let. This is our holiday home and we aim to make it as comfortable as possible so that our guests will enjoy thier stay as much as we do. We have firends who live in Spain and they look after our property and our guests, so you have peace of mind should you need any assistance during your stay.

Facilities:
There is pleanty to do in Denia and the surrounding area. Benidorm is only 1/2 drive with its theme parks, and nightlife. Denia has many shops cafes, bars and resturants, there is a new marina and boat trips are availble from the port. You can also pick up the ferry to Ibiza. Javea is only 15 mins drive with its beaches and port, many cafes bars and resturants to enjoy. You can also explore the beautiful Jalon Valley again only 1/2 hour away with it markets and famous resturants, to get a taste of the real spain.
