Description of Townhouse: |
The house has 3 terraces with lovely views from the top one.It is located in Playa Flamenca which is approximately 8 km south of Torrevieja.Orihuela Costa beaches are within walking distance although a car is recommended.A public bus can take you to Torrevieja town centre where there are loads of shops, cafes etc.
5 minutes walk from the house you have the Emerald Isle club.Here they have a bar,restaurant,pool tables,bowls and free nightly entertainment.You can also use their large swimming pool all day for 2-3 euros.A little further and you have the same facilities at the Celtic Isle Club.
There are a number of championship golf courses close by the nearest being at Villamartin.
All the local amenities are close by and include Bars, Shops, Supermarkets, Outdoor market, Restaurants, Fishing, Marina, Harbour, Aqua-park, Olympic Swimming Pool, Casino, Cinema, Golf and of course the miles and miles of sandy beaches.
Alicante Airport is about 45 minutes using the main N332 road.It is about 10 mins quicker using the motorway however tolls apply (approx 2 euros).
Car hire is recommended if you wish to take full advantage of the area especially the many beaches. |
