The villa house consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, kitchen, dinig room/lounge leading out to terrace, steps down to small garden. One bed. ref. 394 TOTALLY RENOVATED 2008 El Capistrano Village is set in the most magnificent communal gardens and has 2 swimming pool areas with bar/food service, paddling pool for younger children. The features of the village include: -24hr. security - reception with car hire, secretarial service. babysitting service etc. - bars - restaurant, - shop - laundry service - library - tennis courts and large supermarket all only few minutes walk from the property. There is a regular bus service from Capistrano Village to the main Burriana Beach and Nerja centre (every 30 mins.) which are both approx. 1.5 km from El Capistrano Village. There is parking outside the Nerja villa.

Kitchen equipped with electric hob, oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, fruit press etc. Iron and ironing board. Washing machine in the downstairs shower room. Linen and towels supplied and changed weekly. Please bring your own beach towels.
