The Double bedroom has the benefit of its own private terrace with table and chairs for your morning coffee in the sunshine.
There is an an ensuite to the master bedroom with a luxury bath and shower.
There is also a separate shower room and toilet.
A large open plan tastefully furnished living/dining room with 2 & 3 seater cream leather sofa’s and a 4-seater dining room table.
Patio doors leading on to a terrace which has the benefit of glass curtains which can be closed for your comfort in the cooler months and tastefully furnished with conservatory style cane furniture.
There is a separate fully fitted American style kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, ironing board and steam iron, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer, 4 ring hob, oven & kettle etc.
There are stairs to a large private roof terrace, which is not overlooked, with magnificent sea views.
There are two sunloungers and a table and 4 chairs with the protection of a planted canopy to offer you shade from the sun.

About Costa del Sol
The Costa del Sol is famous for it’s all year round good weather and Calahonda is conveniently situated between Fuengirola and Marbella with the famous Puerto Banus with its beautiful marina and nightlife is only a cab ride away. Gibraltar and the historic cities of Ronda and Granada are within easy reach via the motorway.
If you are a skier then the Sierra Nevada’s are less than 3 hours away.
If you are a golfer then this is your paradise with the many golf courses that surround the area all within easy reach.
There is a water park at Fuengirola for the more adventurous of you.
About the Complex
There is a children’s park within easy walkable reach of the apartment together with a tennis club.
Other local amenities include the beautiful Puerto Cabopino which boasts a port with restaurants and bars and a lovely sandy beach with it’s shallow water ideal for children. There are also water sports located at this beach which is approximately a 5-minute car ride away.
Calahonda’s beach is located by the town centre and can be reached by the bus/train that runs into the town centre.
It is recommended that you hire a car for your holiday but is not absolutely essential.
The apartment is 30 minutes drive from Malaga and can be reached easily from either the toll road AP7 or A7 (or N340) which is the coast road to Calahonda.
