Can Alegria is a wonderful stylish, spacious (200 sqm) and very well appointed villa located in an exklusive urbanisation, midway between Puerto de Pollenca with its sandy beaches, and the delightful old town of Pollenca itself, both of which offer a wide variety of shops, restaurants and tapas bars.
Surrounded by an attractive Mediterranean garden (3000 sqm) with palm trees, pond and a lovely new swimming-pool (8x4m, floodlit) this unusual and tastefully furnished L-shaped property, which consists of a main house (sleeps 4) and a tower (sleeps 2-3) is ideally suited to a group of friends holidaying together or a big family seeking their own space and a little independence.
Open all year, also winter-rental (central-heating).
A car is recommended.
PRIVATE RENTAL DIRECT WITH THE OWNER.
Rental during high-season (May - October) is weekly from Saturday 3.00 pm until Saturday 10.00 am.
Different arrangements during low-season (November - April) can be made (5 days, 9 days, 11 days etc.), please enquire.
Cleaning is once a week on Saturday with change of linen and towels.
Extra cleaning can be arranged and paid for locally.
Max. occupation of the villa is 7 persons (children elder than 2 years included).

Situated in the North of Mallorca, Pollenca including its Port, Formentor and Cala San Vicente is one of the most beautiful and attractive places in Mallorca.
The magnificent mountains and bay offer a charming and wonderful setting.
The town offers a wide range of cultural events including art-galleries, international music festival (July, August), shops, handcrafts, excellent restautants and tapas-bars.

Booking conditions:
50 % on booking, 40 % six weeks before arrival, balance on arrival together with a breakage-/key-deposit of Euro 500, which is paid back
in total within 2 working days after departure in case of no damage, hidden damage or lost.
Early booking is highly recommended.

Digital-Sat-TV witch a choice of English, Spanish, German and International Channels, Music-System, BBQ, 1 cot, highchair,
linen and towels are provided and included in the price.
Central heating € 100,-- per week if required.
2 of the 3 bedrooms are on the ground-floor. Both bathrooms are on the ground-floor. Bedroom No 3 is situated in the first floor of the tower (reachable by a secure outdoor staircase, not suitable for small children but very popular with teenagers who like to separate a bit from the rest), there is no bathroom upstairs.
A small separate part of the villa is used by the owner and her lovely, clean and very well educated and behaving little dog.
Pool, garden and terraces are for exclusive use of the guests.
If you see special offers/last-minute-offers it is for 4 persons (main-house, 2 double-bedrooms) and the tower is not available. It will be locked.
