Lovely 1 bedroom bungalow situated within this sought after development in the hills above the Spanish market town of Mazarron. It is an exclusive development nearing completion yet it is only a short drive to the beautiful Costa Calida beaches of Puerto de Mazarron and Bolneuvo.
The bungalow overlooks olive groves and mountains and the front terrace provides the perfect place for alfresco dining.
There is a private patio and utility area at the rear which leads out to a communal garden area with fountain and 5 minute walk will take you to the community pool, tennis courts and restaurant/bar which serves delicious lunchtime tapas and evening meals.
For golf enthusiasts the nearest course is only 5 minutes drive away at nearby Camposol, and 30 minutes from the famous La Manga.
In Puerto de Mazarron there are numerous cafes, tapas bars and restaurants serving reasonably priced meals. A typical menu del dia is around 7 or 8 euros for 3 courses including wine! On Sundays a large market provides the opportunity to purchase locally grown fruit and veg and is the perfect venue for bargain-hunting.
A little further afield are the historical cities of Murcia and Cartagena and for walkers a visit to the Sierra Espuna National Park is a must.

Rear patio - enclosed utility area with washing machine, sink and drying area. Barbeque and sunbeds. A gate leads to a quiet communal garden with fountain.
