Villa Nispero sleeps up to six has a private swimming pool and is located near Competa Spain, one hour from Malaga airport.
Description of Villa:
Villa Nispero lies between the white washed villages of Competa and Canillas, having magnificent views of the mountains and down to the sea. The villa is set in a quiet position and has three double bedrooms, and an 8 X 4 secluded swimming pool. Canillas is about seven minutes walk and Competa is about ten, both have fine restaurants. Competa and Canillas are ideal areas for walkers, having lots of mountain tracks, or as a base for sight seeing Nerja and the Costa del Sol. The coast is about 30min drive where you will find Torrox and Nerja, both have good beaches and there is the splendid 18 hole Baviera golf course. Our villa in Competa is well equipped, quiet and an ideal place to relax and wind down The villa comprises of three bedrooms (2 double one with en-suite; 1 twin) two of which have ceiling fans; a very comfortable lounge with Digital T.V. which gives channels in English including BBC 1 and BBC 2; a separate dining room. Main bathroom with shower fitting over the bath; sun lounge and fully fitted kitchen with gas hob and an electric oven; fridge/freezer; microwave and an automatic washing machine, and because it is a private villa there are very many homely touches throughout the whole of the property. Access to a car port is by way of steps leading up to the driveway. The villa is mainly surrounded by terrace with a small inclining garden to the rear. There is a brick built Bar-b-Q and a drying area with a revolving line. This villa is an ideal base for people visiting Nerja and wanting to see more of the Costa del Sol. We will be pleased to help and advise with your travel arrangements. The owners’ Manager –Robert and Jean Wainwright, lives in the next village so are on hand to deal with any problems or requirements you may have very quickly.
