Description of Apartment: |
This 2nd floor apartment is on the newly built LAS BRISAS gated complex, overlooking the town. It has sea & mountain views & is only 10 mins walk from the beach. Close to all amenities. There is a very large communal pool with childrens section, garden , sunbathing areas & poolside showers & toilets.
The FULLY FITTED kitchen comprises of cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer & washing machine, toaster & everything for a catering holiday. Tea towel & oven gloves provided.
The first bedroom has a double bed, BUILT IN in wardrobe & set of draws with PATIO DOORS leading onto the balcony. The second bedroom has twin beds, wardrobe & set of draws. There is AIR CON for hot summer months & HEATING for cool winter nights.
In the living area is a dining table with 4 chairs & two settees with coffee table, wall unit & satellite TV, this leads onto the FURNISHED balcony which has views to the sea & mountains.
There is a phone entry system & lifts to all floors. Take the lift to the roof top communal solarium for great views & sunbathing.
It is a TYPICAL SPANISH resort with micro climate. There is a long PASEO & newly built MARINA. Great for beach, sightseeing or walking holidays.
The SKI resort of Monchill in Granada is only a 3 hour drive but well worth the journey. There is also a new 5 star golf course planned for 2008 only 5 mins away.
Go kart track & Horse riding within 200 metres, suitable for all ages & abilities.
Ten Pin Bowling, Darts, pool & a Snooker Club all within walking distance.
All Water Sports available from BAHIA MARINA including WHALE & DOLPHIN WATCHING trips. |
