The property is more than 250 years old, but was completely restored in 1999 with a lot of love for details. The house is having one meter thick walls, which makes a plesant temperature both during summer and winter.
The plot is approximately 58000 square meters. There is direct access to the road between Manacor and Felanitx. The house is located quite high and has no direct neighbours, which secures total privacy.
The ground floor disposes of a large entrance hall, an ample living/dining area with large windows as well as a modern equipped kitchen, a guest toilet and a laundry room. Direct access to the terrace. The first floor is divided in four large bedrooms, all with a magnificent view, and three beautiful bathrooms.
