This fully air conditioned villa with private pool is within easy walking distance of village shops, restaurants and bars. Only 20 minute drive to un-spoilt tranquil beaches. Double bedroom with en-suite and two twin bedrooms with separate bathroom.

Description of Villa: |
Jardin Angulo
Lovely bright south-facing, 3 bedroom/2 bathroom villa (sleeps 6) with private swimming pool and solar heated shower. Full air-con/heating. Built and fully furnished in 2006. The spacious dining room/lounge has patio doors leading directly to the terrace and garden.
The sun roof has plenty of room for dining whilst enjoying the panoramic mountain views.
Alternatively, go downstairs to enjoy a barbeque on the cool shady terrace adjoining the delightful sun-drenched south-facing garden and private swimming pool. The garden is planted with several fruit trees, including orange, lemon, and grapefruit.
The large master bedroom has en-suite, two fitted wardrobes, plenty of space around the king size bed, and a security safe.
The two twin bedrooms also have fitted wardrobes and share a bathroom.
The kitchen is fully fitted including cooker, hob, fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle and plenty of cupboard space.
Located on the edge of urbanization, next to a traditional Spanish village. Although the village is mainly inhabited by Spanish, several English people have discovered the charms of the area and settled there. The villa is within easy walking distance of a small supermarket, several pubs and restaurants (including a Thai restaurant and a Fish & Chip shop). Larger supermarkets in the next village of Zurgena, or a short drive to Huercal-Overa or Albox.
This is an ideal Villa for the Golf enthusiast, or for anyone who wants to see traditional Spain or laze around on those long sunny days around the pool.
The use of bed-linen, towels (for indoor use only) and a welcome pack, consisting of a few groceries are included in the price.
What to do in the La Alfoquia
There are various bars, restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. In addition to the private pool (8m X 4m) there is a large public swimming pool within a few minutes walk. It is possible to get by without a car, but there is so much to do within a short drive that you may miss out without one. There is ample secure, off-road parking.
Markets
It is possible to browse through a market on any day of the week, in one or other of the various surrounding villages.
Beaches
The nearest beaches are Garrucha and Vera Playa, both less than 30 minutes drive, or take a 45 minute very picturesque drive to San Juan de Terreros. If you want more activity such as pedaloes, banana boats and jet-skiing we can recommend Mojacar playa.
Garracha
Enjoy the peace & quiet of magnificent golden sandy beaches only 20 minutes drive away. The wide beach and fine sands offer the perfect place to sunbathe, play sports or just wander along and enjoy the views. There are many fine restaurants along the palm lined promenade. In the summer months, a visit to the Aqua park is a must.
Mojacar Old Town
Wander around the narrow flower filled streets of this hill top village overlooking the sea. You can get anything from tapas to a three-course meal at a fraction of the English price, in the little tucked away bars and restaurants. Well worth a visit.
Tabernas
Many of the Spaghetti Westerns including ‘A Fistful of Dollars’ were made in the Taberna desert. You can visit some of the original film sets and take part in a live show.
Huercal-Overa
This bustling town has every type of shop you could possibly need, and a large modern hospital serves the area (just in-case!).
Golf
There are 4 golf courses nearby like Desert Springs Golf Course and Valle De Este, which is probably one of the most beautiful Golf Courses in Spain.

Almeria Airport - less than one hours drive to villa
Murcia Airport - one and a quarter hours drive to villa
Alicanti Airport - two hours drive to villa
