Magnificent seaside resort just 30 km south of Tarragona. 20 km south of Salou. 120 km south of Barcelona. Only 15mins from Reus airport. An annual average of 300 days of sunshine Miami Platja is a fantastic place to go on holiday to – no matter what your requirements are. In 2003 the BBC programme “10 best holidays” found the area to be one of the world’s best family holiday destinations amongst others, because of the many facilities in the area. Kun 1,5 km til stranden - Hovedsoveværelse med adgang til balkonen soveværelse nr. 2. - Familie badeværelse med Jacuzzi badekar og bruser. Lille toilet nedenunder med bl.a. vaskemaskine. - Fuldt udstyret åbent køkken. - Moderne spise/opholdsstue - Haveterrasse med grill og have møbler. - Tredje soveværelse med køjeseng - Privat have med adgang til delt have og lækker svømmepøl som deles mellem 8 huse. På grund af dårlige erfaringer afkræves lejere EUR 57 for slutrengøring. Dette er obligatorisk Jeg beder om et lille depositum på EUR 100 eller tilsvarende i kroner. Dette vil blive tilbage betalt hvis huset returneres med hus og indhold intakt. Ved reservering bedes De venligst indbetale 50% af det fulde beløb for lejeperioden. De resterende 50% bedes De indbetale senest 1 måned før lejeperiodens begyndelse. Betalings metode: Jeg foretrækker bank overførsel til min spanske bank.

Facilities:
The house has all modern conviniencies - and then some. Miami Playa has the best beaches on the Costa Dorada. Beautiful small coves and large gorgeous beaches. Our beach is a cove and you can walk from the cove to one of the larger beaches in a matter of minutes. The rental period is Saturday to Saturday. You can enter the house from 3pm and have to be out again by 12 noon on the day of departure. We charge a fee of €57 for final cleaning. This is added to the rental cost.
