The apartment is located overlooking Son Caliu Beach. From the private pool terrace, there is direct access to the sea and it is only a 3-minute stroll to Palma Nova beach.

The apartment has 1 bedroom with double bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed on the balcony, which has glazed windows, also a full size single bed in the lounge which folds away as a cupboard in the day. The apartment can comfortably sleep 5. It has a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and there is also a washing machine. The apartment has recently been decorated throughout it has a spacious lounge with TV and has views of the mountains as well as sea view.
The Surrounding Area
The apartment is ideally situated on the quieter side of Palma Nova. It is only a 20 minute taxi ride from Palma airport.
Palma Nova, with its lovely restaurants is 5 minute walk, there are equally lovely restaurants in Son Caliu -which the apartment overlooks the Son Caliu beach,-with which you have private access to the beach.
Palma is a 15-minute drive from the apartment; there is also an excellent local bus service 5 minutes from the apartment.
